Eager to join the Summer Dance Forever team? We are looking for a select group of volunteers who want to help giving the audience instructions at the Dance of the City Warriors multimedia installation. You need to be available from 13 until 19 August, for four hours a day.
In the multimedia installation, the visitor passes a series of interactive screens, each of which focuses on one particular element of hip-hop/breakdance. During Summer Dance Forever, Dance of the city warriors will consist of four installations that let the audience experience tuts, flow, freestyle and jam. Making use of tools such as live motion capture, animation and virtual reality, they are able to experience the dance for ourselves. For example, by responding to video images, sounds and music, manipulating their own images and improvising with their own moves.
