Waiting List SDF Weekender '25

1. Visit our ticket shop and choose the workshop ticket or package you would like to apply for by clicking ‘add to cart’.
2. Log in or register for a MySDF account to complete your waiting list request. You will receive a confirmation email from See Tickets/Paylogic.

For the SDF Weekender 2025, this applies to sold out Packages, House Dance Forever tickets and workshops. If a package or program is not yet sold out, the 'Sell' option will not be available.

Our waiting list system offers a safe way for you to buy or return ticket(s) for sold out events. For the SDF Weekender 2025, this applies to sold out Packages, House Dance Forever tickets and workshops. As soon as the packages or programs are sold out, you can either sign up for the waiting list and get notified when your requested ticket or package becomes available, or you can safely resell your ticket or package to the first person on the waiting list.

Please note:
- The waiting list works on a first come first serve basis, and on the principle of people possibly reselling their tickets.
- You can reserve only one ticket per e-mail address
- You do not have to pay when signing up for the waiting list; you pay when a ticket or package becomes available for you.
- You have to pay within 48 hours after receiving the email.
- Tickets via the waiting list are sold at door prices, which are slightly higher the online price.

1. Go to the order overview in your MySDF account.
2. Select your order and then choose ‘Sell’ from the menu.
3. Select which ticket or package package you would like to sell and press ‘Confirm’.

The first person on the waiting list will get offered your ticket to buy your ticket or package. Once their payment has been completed, you will receive the full* amount back through the payment method you have chosen.

*a small fee of €1,50 will be charged for this service

No. You only receive a refund of your returned ticket if it's purchased by someone else. If your ticket is not sold after the waiting list is closed, you receive an email that there was no transfer completed. Your ticket then remains valid and you can use it yourself or try to sell it through another channel, like Ticketswap. Read more about this in our FAQ. 

To avoid that your ticket is not resold, we advise you to return your ticket well before the date of the event.

In addition to the waiting list for specific programs and packages, you can now safely resell and purchase second-hand tickets via Ticketswap. Read more here on the Paradiso website, our partner that takes care of our ticketing.  

Is selling/purchasing tickets on TicketSwap safe?
TicketSwap is our resale partner and, besides our own waiting list, the only way to safely buy second hand tickets. Only for tickets re-sold through our waiting list and TicketSwap, we can guarantee the validity of the tickets, because for every sold ticket we re-generate a bar code and make the seller's bar code invalid.

Tickets for Summer Dance Forever or our Summer Dance Forever Weekender are non-refundable. The workshops are non-refundable as well. If you cannot make it due to severe circumstances, like severe bodily harm (with official proof), please reach out to info@summerdanceforever.com.
