You need to purchase a livestream ticket before the judge battles start in order to continue watching.

Before that, all the livestreams can be watched for free on our Youtube or Instagram channels.

1. You need a smartphone, tablet, computer or smart TV with a good and stable internet connection.

2. You can watch the livestream for free up to the judge battles on our YouTube channel.

3. Want to keep watching the finals? Buy a livestream ticket or livestream package on this website. The livestream will then be available through your My SDF account.

1. Go to the sign-up page
2. Enter your personal information or select to continue with your Facebook or Google Account
3. If you decide to create an account with your E-mail, you will receive an E-Mail from us. Verify your account through clicking the link attached. If you use Facebook or Google you do not need to verify your account through E-Mail
4. Now you are ready to purchase your tickets!
5. You will not receive your actual ticket right away, but you can download it through your account 5 days prior to the event.

Yes, you can. If you want to rewatch the battles again you can do so without buying a new video-on-demand (VOD) ticket.

In addition to a good internet connection (10mbps available download speed), we recommend the following browsers:

Apple macOS: Safari 15.7 or higher / Firefox 101 or higher / Chrome 108 or higher

Windows: Edge 107 or higher / Firefox 101 or higher / Chrome 108 or higher

iOS or iPadOS: version 15.6.1 or higher, Safari browser

Android: version 11 or higher, Chrome browser

Yes, you can cast the livestream to your TV using different methods:

1. Via Airplay (Apple TV)

2. Via Chromecast

3. Via HDMI cable

You can start watching the livestream at any time, but it is not possible to go back and watch previous battles if you missed them. So make sure you are on time to not miss anything. When you watch the livestream afterwards as video-on-demand you can go back and forth, and pause the stream.

Yes, you can watch all the livestreams as video-on-demand till 30 September 2026. You can only vote for the best dancer during the livestream, this feature is not available in the video-on-demand.

This can have something to do with the cookies in your browser.

• Delete your cookies,

• Close your browser and try again.

• Stream is being blocked by an AdBlocker or antivirus software. Turn these off or make an exception for the stream.

• Lower the quality of the video

Check in the video player if the sound has not been muted.  Check the settings for sound on your device. Perhaps you need to turn the volume up or connect to a different output channel, like the device itself instead of headphones. And finally, check if the sound has not been muted in your browser tab (depending on your browser select unmute tab/unmute site).

Possibly the livestream is being blocked by an AdBlocker or antivirus software. Turn the AdBlocker off or make an exception in your antivirus software for the stream. If this does not help, update your browser. Check above which browsers we recommend.

Check if your internet connection is working as it should. If this is not the problem, you can try a lower playback quality. You can adjust this using the setting wheel in the lower right corner of the video player. And if this does not help, remove the cookies in your browser and restart the livestream. You can try a different browser, or update your browser. See above for the browsers we recommend.

Please note that the livestream on Instagram will automatically restart after one hour. This is Instagram policy. If you want to watch without any disturbance, we advice you to watch on our YouTube or buy a livestream ticket.

When you use bluetooth to send the video and/or audio to another device like headphones or (TV) screen, some delay between audio and video can occur. The best way to fix this is to refresh the page after you made sure your setup is done.  

If you are still experiencing sync issues between audio and video, you can force the web player quality to a specific value and see if that helps. To do so move the mouse over the video, click on the gear icon in the lower right (settings) and select 720p instead of Auto. It takes a few seconds to use the new settings. Try with different values and see if that helps.
